Seventeen years ago, I visited New York for the first time. Even though it was only a very short trip, I still remember how much fun I had on that trip. Now, seventeen years later, I am sure many things have changed and maybe some have remained the same. I would love to find out for myself. That is why I am planning to make a trip to New York City early next year.
There are so many things to do and see in New York. A visit to the Statue of Liberty will be at the top of my list. Maybe I will try to catch a Broadway show. I wonder which musical will be available during my visit. What else will I do? Definitely a walk in Central Park and if the timing’s right, maybe I can get myself on TV by hanging out at Rockefeller Plaza during the taping of The Today Show.
A trip to New York will not be complete without a shopping spree at the shops on 5th Avenue. Since I am going to be penniless from all the shopping, I guess I better look for cheap hotels to stay in New York.
After some research, I find that HotelClub has great deals on New York Hotels. Now I have to go convince my husband to go along with me. Wish me luck!

Hi BM–New York has changed a lot in 17 years (smile). Many buildings (like the Twin Towers) are no longer there.
But, it’s still that big city you remember—that hasn’t changed!
