Just My Rambling

After a fun weekend in Portland, we’re back in freezing PNW. We arrive back to 28F and ice on the road! Bleah…..

We were in Portland for a friend’s baby girl’s full moon party. We stayed at our friend’s place the entire weekend. They have a 5 yr old boy, N. Lil’ C had so much fun playing with N the entire weekend. They were playing tag, hide and seek, checkers and basically tearing up the house! My friend A and her hubby R, another couple A & K, and me & my hubby were all from the same college. It was just mindboggling to think that it has been almost 20 years since those days. Yikes! We are really getting old!!

We didn’t get as much shopping done as planned but DH did managed to get his golf set tax-free. It’s so nice to be able to buy things at retail price without worrying about taxes. We really need to go shopping in Oregon more often.
