During my 2 weeks vacation, I formed the habit of eating many meals a day. Hey, I was on vacation and there were too much food available!! The roti canai & teh tarik were calling my name! Can you blame me???
Anyway, I am not on vacation now but I am finding it hard to break the habit. I seem to be nibbling something all the time. At the rate I am going, I might need to get Orovo detox soon and start losing weight!
