Just My Rambling

I am a nature person and I love flowers and plants. When I bought my first house, I immediately bought lots of flowers and live plants to decorate the house. Unfortunately I soon discovered that I do not have a green thumb. Even though I tried very hard to take care of the flowers and plants, they tend not to live very long under my care. At first I tried to replace the wilted ones with new ones but after a while, I realized that it was just taking too much effort and money to keep on replacing.

Furthermore I also discovered that my husband was allergic to the pollen from the plants. So guess what I did? I threw out all my live plants and flowers and bought silk plants instead. Nowadays silk plants are made with good quality materials that make them look very realistic and the best part is that they last a very long time. My husband was very happy too when I switched to silk plants because he did not have to deal with his allergies any more. If you love greenery but allergies or other reasons are stopping you from decorating your house, go green and use silk plants instead.
