Snow again?
For the past 2 days, we have been waking up to a blanket of snow. We don’t have as much snow as the East Coast but I think we are having way too much snow days for this area. It has also been super cold which means we have been turning up the heater. Sigh, I guess we will be another expensive electric bill next month. Usually our electric bill triples in the winter. It is always very low in the summer since we don’t use heater and we don’t have air-conditioning. I wonder if it will be cheaper to get a heated blanket instead of turning up the heater to the whole house. I really should check into that.
We have one and I love it. I just turn it on to warm up the bed about an hour before I plan on turning in. It’s so nice to have it warmed when you get in, but then I turn it off for the night. It always seemed to be too warm. It does make a difference!
