It is already mid-February and my weight is not even close to my targeted weight set at the beginning of the year. In fact, I have been gaining weight instead of losing weight. Sigh! It must be all the Chinese New Year goodies that I have been indulging. I should probably check into diets for quick weight loss or I could just get off my lazy behind and head to the gym! I think I see mold growing on my gym membership card already!
