Eating right to lose weight
In my recent quest to lose weight, I have doing a lot of reading on weight management books. Through all these reading, I have learned that besides exercise, it is also helpful to eat foods that burn fat. When I looked at the list, I noticed that I am already eating a lot of those foods but there seems to be no effect. Either I am not eating enough of it or maybe it could just be that I am exercising enough. Hehe.. Time to head over to the gym!
