The best thing about camping trips is that I don’t have to worry about ab workout or any other exercise. The whole camping trip is a gym to me. From loading the car, setting up camp to taking down the camp is a whole workout by itself. We also usually end up doing a lot of hiking and bicycling during the trip. We even did kayaking on one of the trips. But why am I still not losing any weight?
