As my car gets older, my auto insurance seems to be getting higher each year. Even with all the deductions, it is still pretty high. I think next year I will have to start checking out cheap auto insurance. Hopefully I can find an insurance coverage that is affordable and yet meets all my requirements. However, even if I can find a really cheap coverage, I will have to make sure that the company is reliable and established otherwise I might run into some issues later.

Have you been shopping lately? It is just crazy out there. There are traffic jams everywhere and the malls are jam-packed. I am not sure about this whole bad economy thing because everyone seems to be buying something. All these shopping will hopefully be a boost to the economy. Speaking of shopping, I am not quite done with my list yet. I will just have to get a blackberry torch, books and a couple of kitchenware and then I will be done.

Well, school is finally over and it definitely means that Christmas is just around the corner. It also means that there will be lots of gathering with friends and family. Overeating can become an issue in the next couple of weeks. I wonder if I need to check out tonalin cla to help me with my weight issue or I guess I could just make sure that I don’t eat too much during the gatherings.

This week is the last week of school. Then it’s vacation time!! Yay! I am really looking forward to a break for all activities and just chill for the whole two weeks. Maybe I will even let the Nintendo Wii be a babysitter for a couple of days. After all C worked so hard for the school year. I guess it is ok to let her play games during the holidays. Hopefully the weather will be good during the holidays so that we can so get some much needed exercise outdoors after all the holiday eating.

Ugh! My printer is all messed up. I was trying to print my Christmas cards and the colors are all spotty and grainy. My current printer is almost 6 years old, so I guess it might be a good time to get rid of it. With all the sales going on, I will probably be able to get a good deal on printers now. In fact, there is a really good deal on epson printers now. I will probably head to the store tomorrow to see if the printer has all the features that I need.

This week is the last week of school and that means that it is time for Christmas concerts and recitals. Those events also require the kids to dress up in their fancy special occasion dresses. Unfortunately Lil’ C could not fit into her fancy dress anymore. So it means that it is time to go shopping this weekend. Hopefully I will be able to find something within my budget since those dresses usually are rather pricey and they only get worn a couple of times a year.

Guess what is at the top of the wish list in this household? It is ipads, ipods and iMac! I think one company is going to have lots of sales from our family. Even the little one wants an iPad just because she played a game on it at a friend’s house and she has fallen in love with it. So if I end up getting one, she will be so happy. What a lucky kid! I only played with paper dolls when I was a kid and she gets to play on an iPad.

I finally got around to print business cards for my new business. Originally I was planning to print it out myself but after shopping around, I found that I could get them a lot cheaper from the printing companies. Besides having cheap prices, the printing companies also offer a lot of products including address change cards, birth announcements, business magnets and others. They even offer matching designs for different products for my business. It looks like I will be able to order promotional items like calendars for my business.

I usually do not watch television a lot. Last week during those boring snowed-in days, I actually sat down and had some television time. I think I am so outdated because there were a lot of new shows that I have never seen before. They are probably not new to most people but they are new to me. I was also surprised to see so many weight loss programs being promoted on the television. I guess they are very popular.
