Recently many of friends are on a health kick. I think as we grow older, a lot of “aging symptoms” are starting to set in. That is why we are all starting to eat healthier and exercise a lot more than before. A couple of us are going to the gym and taking classes while some are joining marathons and triathlons. One friend was even thinking about taking MMA classes after watching the tim kennedy mma. I think that is a little too intense for me but to each his own. As long as we all try our best to stay healthy, it’s all good.
